In 1979 a friend introduced me to the art of calligraphy and after the
first class, I was hooked. I then found myself traveling throughout the
United States in search of workshops and classes; until 1984, when four
other local calligraphers and myself decided to start our own guild.
During those years the guild held many wonderful workshops with renowned
calligraphic instructors. Currently I hold the position of President for the Scribes of Central Florida Calligraphy
Guild located in Maitland, Florida.
